SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 SOLICITATION POSTING DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of a load cell indicator and related equipment to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Morehouse Instrument Company, per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. ?This requirement will be solicited on an unrsrticted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Th resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
