Local Exchange Services for HICKAM AFB, HI

The 38 EIG/PKK is seeking potential sources for nonpersonal services to support the E911 and local telephone services for Hickam AFB, HI. The E-911service is for primary and backup CAMA trunk locations. Primary location is at Bldg 2036, 345 Mamiya, Ave, Hickam AFB, HI 96853 (Base fire Department- qty 3 PSAP positions). Secondary location is at Bldg 1001, 575 Hanger Ave, Hickam AFB, HI 96835 (Security Forces - qty 1 PSAP position). Both locations have the ECS 1000 switches. The local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Direct In Dial, Commercial Subscriber Lines including Flat rate, Basic Services, ISDN BRI U Line w/NT-1, Local Exchange Digital ISDN PRI, Transport Channels, Circuit Extension including 2-wire and 4-wire and Hot Lines. NOTE: Vendors are requested to verify potential interest if they can provide both E911 CAMA trunks and the local telecommunications service for Hickam AFB, HI. If potential vendors can only provide the local telecommunications portion of this service, please provide the rational for not being able to provide the CAMA trunks to support the E911 portion of this requirement. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees.
