Full Description
Before Contractors can submit their Quotes, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. District will not accept quotes by facsimile or email. Quotes will not be read aloud; however, the results will be posted in Bid Locker.
The work includes furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for locating and marking services of underground facilities (Work), as described in the Scope of Work and Special Terms and Conditions in Exhibit A to the Contract. Contractors will be required to comply with the terms in Exhibit A including the requirements for the Work.The public contract to be awarded does not involve asbestos abatement work, and Contractors quoting on this public contract are not required to be licensed with the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ORS 468A.720. Contract will be a one year contract with the District's total payment to Contractor not-to-exceed $250,000.
