Locating and Marking Services of Underground Facilities 2026

Clean Water Services is seeking quotes for underground locating and marking services under solicitation number 6180, with submissions due electronically via Bid Locker no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The contract, titled Locating and Marking Services of Underground Facilities 2026, is a one-year agreement with a maximum total payment of $250,000, beginning tentatively on July 1, 2026. Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies to locate and mark all District-owned underground facilities within designated excavation sites, adhering to Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 952), including specific marking standards such as dashed red lines for sanitary force mains and dashed purple lines for reuse water force mains. Pricing is based on unit rates per 500 lineal foot increments for marked and not marked locate requests, with the total quote calculated as the sum of both unit prices; the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
