Contractors must maintain a contract manager available during duty hours with full authority to act on behalf of the company, ensure all personnel obtain base access passes, comply with installation security policies, and provide their own transportation to the base. All personnel will be required to undergo government-provided training on Air Force lodging standards, safety protocols, equipment use, and environmental sustainability, with annual refresher training mandatory. Sources Sought for Lodging Housekeeping Services on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to assist the 673d Contracting Squadron’s market research efforts to determine the presence of interested sources capable of performing Lodging Housekeeping Services as described in Attachment 1 – Draft Performance Work Statement(PWS). The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services.
Interested and capable sources are invited to provide:
(1)Company name and point of contact information
(2)Identification of socio-economic status/business size under the applicable NAICS code
(3)Information demonstrating the company's ability to perform these services
(4)Examples of recent/relevant contracts and a brief description
(5)Industry feedback and/or constructive comments concerning Attachment 1 – Draft PWS are highly encouraged
