The U.S. Air Force, through the 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing lodging housekeeping services under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services. The base year performance period is scheduled from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a potential one-year option extending through September 30, 2028. Contractors must maintain a contract manager available during duty hours with full authority to act on behalf of the company, ensure all personnel obtain base access passes, comply with installation security policies, and provide their own transportation to the base. All personnel will be required to undergo government-provided training on Air Force lodging standards, safety protocols, equipment use, and environmental sustainability, with annual refresher training mandatory. The contractor must implement a Quality Assurance Plan that includes performance monitoring, documentation of inspections, corrective actions, and training certifications. Monthly performance reports detailing completed tasks, customer complaints, and safety incidents are required, along with monthly in-person performance reviews and quarterly Quality Performance Review conferences held on base.
