The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) awarded Contract W52P1J-18-C-0001 on November 15, 2017. This award was made to Joint Logistics Managers Incorporated, for the performance of Logistics Automation (LOGAUTO) Support Services throughout Southwest Asia, as issued in Solicitation W52P1J-16-R-0050. To provide LOGAUTO sustainment and management support to the Army Forces deployed to Southwest Asia to provide Contract Level Management. LOGAUTO provides material support and integration of Tactical Logistics Systems (TLS) throughout Theater. Personnel with specific subject matter expertise in Information Assurance (IA) and key logistics systems - supply, ammunition, and logistics command and control - are required to properly design and implement this architecture to help ensure its ongoing effectiveness. These personnel are needed to provide IA compliance guidance, automated logistical support, technical training and assistance to subordinate logistics commanders' staff and Sustainment Automation Systems Management Office (SASMO). The SASMO provides customer assistance for the Army's TLS, including software, functional, technical, communications and limited hardware. The SASMO also provides training evaluation to unit personnel and staff assistance on the use and implementation of TLS platforms throughout the command. Additionally, a compliant system of property support and maintenance is expected to be developed and implemented. The Base Year of Performance for this Contract is one year, inclusive of a three-month transition period and nine months of full contract performance. Four one-year evaluated option periods and an evaluated six-month extension are available following the Base Period and may be exercised if deemed necessary by the U.S. Government. Each option period will be funded separately. The U.S. Government is not obligated to exercise any option period.
