Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, subpart 6.302-1, the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for services to provide industrial engineering services, logistics engineering services, and logistics expertise in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) manufacturing, storage, and distribution mission to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 541330 is applicable. Small business size standard is $15.0 million. The Sole Source will be awarded to University of Arkansas System, 1125 West Maple Ste 210, Fayetteville, AR 72701-3124. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
