Logistics, Packaging, and UUI Marking Services

This contract requires the provision of comprehensive logistics, packaging, and unique item identification services in full compliance with U.S. military standards. Specifically, all items must be packaged according to MIL-STD-129 specifications, which dictate uniform labeling, documentation, and handling procedures for defense shipments. Each item must also be marked with a unique unit identification (UUI) through MIL-STD-130 requirements, including permanent serialization and data matrix barcodes that enable accurate tracking across the supply chain. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all labeling is machine-readable, durable, and properly formatted to meet Department of Defense tracking systems. In addition, complete submission of all relevant data through the Web-Based Supply Chain Management system and the Military Integration and Reporting Registry must be performed to ensure end-to-end visibility and accountability. The work is to be performed under a subcontract awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency, with the North American Industry Classification System code 561910 indicating specialized support services for logistics and supply chain operations.
