The Department of Fisheries and Oceans/Canadians Coast Guard has a requirement for Logistics support services in way of an agent. These services will be required for The Canadian Coast Guard Ship Sir Wilfrid Laurier for its annual operation on the high seas of the North Pacific Ocean off the cost of Japan from April to August for the first period of the Standing offer. The agent will arrange logistical support for any port visits. The Agent services are to be provided on an “as and when requested” basis.
It is the Department’s intention for this RFSO to result in the issuance of one (1) Standing Offer from date of issuance to March 31, 2029.
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish a Standing Offer for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.
1The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
