The work includes the rehabilitation of the Herbert Drain culvert with the placement of a segmental corrugated steel plate liner system, complete with grouting of the annular cavity between the liner and the existing concrete box culvert. Other works include the removal of sediment through the culvert, minor repairs of the existing concrete footings, minor concrete removals and repairs to the existing concrete box culvert, placement of rip-rap, and other related improvements.
