No other authorized contractors are available to provide the annual subscription needed.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis, solicitation number 12314426Q0226, for a commercial sole source item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. A separate written solicitation will not be issued to SAM.gov.
