Joint Revocable Permit (JRP) with the Port of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for temporary access by vehicles and equipment on approximately 8,790 square feet (0.2.2 acres) of land, identified by Assessors Parcel Numbers (APN) 6222-040-902/6222-040- 903 and 6233-002-906/6233-002-907, located at UPPR San Pedro Branch under railroad bridges on the L.A. River and Rio Hondo Channel, Mile Post 8.62 and 8.98, respectively. There are no proposed changes to the property. The JRP will be effective upon last execution by the Executive Director of the respective Harbor Department of the Cities and cancelable by either party upon 30 days’ written notice to the other party.
