Full Description

CCWD seeks a time extension for water right Permit 20749, which has a completion date of December 31, 2025. Due to slower-than-projected economic growth and increased water conservation since the permit was issued in 1994, CCWD has not yet demonstrated full diversion and beneficial use of the permitted water amounts. On December 15, 2025, CCWD submitted a petition to request additional time to demonstrate full use of the permit, with no other changes to the water right permit. CEQA addendum #3 for time extension petition for water right Permit 20749.
