Amendment 02: This amendment is being issued to amend the questions and answers. a. Questions 1 and 8 have been modified to remove LVT from the answers. LVT is not one of the options for flooring. Quote due date has been extended from 02 Sept 2024 to 05 Sept 2024. c. All other items remain the same. (End Amendment) NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). This notice is being completed to meet the synopsis requirement. This is not a solicitation. The 47 Flying Training Wing, 47 CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the removal of carpet and installation of tile. The PO will consist of removing the carpet, any adhesive and cove base as well as installing tile and new cove base for a total of 10,126 sq ft. This purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation procedures. Although local vendors are expected to submit quotes for this requirement, as a small business set-aside, it will be open to any small business. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation, please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice. Award will be made to the low offeror meeting the terms of of the solicitation. If interested in recieving a copy of the publication contact the Point of Contacts (POCs) below. Any offeror that is interested in attending the optional site visit must submit notice of intent and all required information (EAL) for the site visit by 10:00AM (CST) on Aug 23, 2024.
