This is a pre-solicitation notice only for the Lost and Stolen Securities Program (LSSP). This is not a request for information and this is not a request for proposals. The SEC anticipates issuing a solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) within 15 days of this notice to solicit a vendor to implement, operate, and ensure the continuous operation of the Lost and Stolen Securities Program (LSSP), in compliance with Section 17(f)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Exchange Act Rule 17f-1. The LSSP services contract will be implemented and operated as a No-Cost contract funded by usage fees collected from reporting institutions. The purpose of this notice is to provide an advance Draft copy of Section C- Statement of Work, which will be incorported into the RFP. The impending RFP will be a full and open competition against PSC DA01 and NAICS 541611. The public will have an opportunity to ask questions in writing in accrodance with the RFP instructions when it is released. Questions are not being accepted regarding the impending solicitation. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for the issuance of the RFP as well as any updates to the solicitation.
