Optional units may be ordered in accordance with Annex “B” – Basis of Payment: C. 10 Low Fidelity Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets – Stream A D. 5 High Fidelity Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets – Stream B Security Requirements: There is no security applicable to this requirement. Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria 1. The responsive bid providing both Streams of Virtual Reality Headsets (Stream A -Low Fidelity and Stream B High Fidelity) in one (1) proposal and has the lowest evaluated price (in Appendix B, Basis of Payment) will be recommended for award of contract; or 2. If no bids are able to fulfill the whole requirement (both Stream A and Stream B), the responsive bid of each Stream (A and B) with the lowest evaluated price (in Appendix B, Basis of Payment) will be recommended for award of contract Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: steve.lafontaine@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.
