The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has established a sole-source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation-Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC) for the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Weapon System, specifically supporting the AGM-158C-1 and AGM-158C-3 variants. The scope of work focuses on the continued maturation, engineering support, and sustainment of the LRASM to maintain advanced offensive air-launched anti-surface warfare capabilities. Key activities include non-recurring engineering, software updates, obsolescence management, production support, and the provision of spares and training. Performance is centered at LMMFC's facility in Orlando, Florida, with formal acceptance managed by NAVAIR in Patuxent River, Maryland. The period of performance is scheduled to run from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2029.
