Zernam Enterprise Inc Description of the Requirement: The Defense Public Affairs Learning Centre (DPALC) has a requirement for the provision of one (1) Technical Writer, Level 3, to review, edit, revise, and update course curriculum and materials used in course delivery to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Public Affairs employees, and external, including international organizations. Level of Security Requirement: Security Requirement with COMMON-PS-SRCL#6 Applicable Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA); Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP); Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA); Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA); Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA); Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA); Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA); Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA); Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA); Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (CUKTCA); and World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA) Associated Documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Authority, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
