This Competitive Sealed Proposal (or CSP) is the intention of the Lone Star College System (LSCS or The System) to purchase services for the LSC Kingwood Fire Science Water Line and Septic System Project.Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Lone Star College System will evaluate proposals and award a contract to the Proposer whose proposal represents the Best Value to Lone Star College System.All prices and/or discounts are to be effective from the time of submission until completion of the project and acceptance by the System. Prices for items requiring delivery are to include delivery charges FOB Lone Star College System.The Lone Star College System is seeking competitive sealed proposals (CSP) from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, testing, inspections, and closeout services necessary to construct:Public 12-inch water mainPublic 8-inch water mainPrivate 8-inch fire service lineFire-rated compound water meter assembly vaultRPZ backflow prevention assemblyAerobic septic system with drip irrigation disposal fieldRelated utility appurtenances, testing, restoration, startup, and commissioning servicesThis project shall be completed in accordance with approved plans, applicable City of Houston standards, TCEQ requirements, and all associated contract documents.Please see the Lone Star College System Ion Wave portal for additional information and for viewing the Approved PUB Plans and additional solicitation requirements.Proposers may submit questions regarding this bid online through the LSCS eBid System under the Questions tab.During the CSP process, proposers are only allowed to contact Lydia Sterling, Sr. Commodity Manager, at Lydia.Sterling@lonestar.edu or Adam Stearns, Executive Director of Procurement, at Adam.Stearns@lonestar.edu regarding any aspects of this CSP.Proposers SHALL NOT contact any other System employee, Board Trustee member, or System consultant during this proposal solicitation, evaluation, and award process without prior approval of the Executive Director of Procurement.
