NIH NIAID Genedata Analyst bioinformatics software program
Solicitation # 7571TE26Q00254
The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions on behalf of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Genedata (USA), Inc. for a 12-month renewal of the Genedata Analyst bioinformatics software. This software is essential for the Viral Pathogenesis and Evolution Section to perform statistical modeling of multi-omics data, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, to support research on respiratory viral diseases and the development of vaccines and therapies. The requirement is being pursued as a single-source procurement under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 6.103-1, as the software is critical for maintaining continuity with over 100 million historical gene-expression data points and established analytical workflows. Genedata Analyst provides comprehensive capabilities for data normalization using methods such as LOWESS and Quantile Normalization, as well as advanced statistical tools including mixed linear models, Principal Components Analysis, and various parametric and non-parametric tests. The software also incorporates machine learning tools like Decision Trees and Partial Least Square analysis, alongside interactive visualization features such as heat maps and scatter plots. Interested parties may submit capability statements by September 14, 2026, to demonstrate the ability to provide an equivalent solution that maintains compatibility with existing research data and workflows without disrupting ongoing scientific activities.

Traffic Safety Software
Solicitation # 2026-RFP-108
The City of Lakeland, through its Public Works Traffic Operations department, is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-RFP-108 for advanced traffic safety software. The objective is to acquire a solution capable of geospatial analysis, risk assessment to predict crash hotspots, and customizable reporting for city commission districts to improve road safety for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists. The procurement requires a comprehensive technical proposal, a project implementation plan, and a cost breakdown covering annual subscription and maintenance fees along with a one-time integration fee. The Government is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify commercially available alternatives to Lucidchart Gov for use by the Platform One Customer Experience and Product Support Management Office. The goal is to evaluate vendors capable of delivering an enterprise-grade visual collaboration platform that supports workflow engineering, process mapping, systems architecture diagramming, and customer experience design within a secure, government-compliant environment. The solution must enable collaborative diagramming, standardization of operational workflows, integration with existing DoD systems including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, and operate via on-premises or enclave deployment with full data ownership retained by the Government. Key security requirements include SSO/SAML authentication, role-based access control, comprehensive audit logging, and adherence to federal compliance standards without reliance on cloud-based hosting. The RFI, issued under solicitation number FA830726QB054 and posted on May 13, 2026, with responses due by May 28, 2026, is strictly for planning and market assessment purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award. Respondents must provide detailed technical capability statements, legal identifiers including UEI and CAGE codes, business size classifications, and proof of prior DoD experience. Critical evaluation factors include deployment flexibility, security compliance, integration capabilities, scalability, support structure, and data portability, though no formal weights or award methodology are defined. The potential contract would cover 70 licenses over a base year and three option years through August 2030, with delivery of license access required within five business days of award. All administrative communications, license confirmations, and technical coordination are directed through the Platform One License Management Team at AFLCMC.HNCX.P1.LicenseManagement@us.af.mil, with the performance location at 420 Broadway Street, San Antonio, Texas. No physical packaging or delivery terms are applicable as the solution is software-based, and no formal contract clauses or inspection criteria are included since this is a pre-solicitation inquiry.
