W56HZV-18-D-0066 is the resultant Contract of Solicitation W56HZV-17-R-0241. W56HZV-18-D-0066 is a sole-source award to Oshkosh Defense LLC, to procure System Technical Support (STS)/System Sustainment Technical Support (SSTS) services for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) Family of Vehicles (FoV). Oshkosh Defense LLC will continue to provide logistics and maintenance services focused on Vehicle Configuration Management and Sustainment, M-ATV Field Service Representatives (FSRs) in Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations, and engineering services focused on Operational Needs Statements (ONS), Field Incident Investigations (FII), and obsolescence. This action was awarded on a sole-source basis, in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1) as implemented by far 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." W56HZV-18-D-0066 is a three year, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 52,200 labor hours and a maximum quantity of 156,317 labor hours for the entire period of performance of the contract. The Government is under no obligation to order labor hours in excess of the guaranteed minimum quantity. Total Contract Period of Performance: 1 August 2018 through 31 July 2021 Total Value of Contract: $13,903,603.05 (if all ceiling limits are met during contract period of performance).
