M -- Base Operating Support Services (BOS) at Westover ARB, Massachusetts.

The contract requires the Offeror to provide comprehensive Base Operating Support Services at Westover Air Reserve Base in Massachusetts. This includes all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, training, licenses, and related services to manage and operate multiple functions such as Base Supply, Motor Vehicle Management, Traffic Management, Real Property Maintenance, Fuels Management, Airfield Management, Transient Aircraft Management, and Meteorological Services. The contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and will be awarded on an all-or-none basis. It is designed as a 10-year agreement encompassing a 30-day orientation period, a 12-month basic contract period, nine priced annual options, and a short option period of one to six months, which may be exercised after any contract period. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561210 with a size standard of $30 million. Prime contractors must have at least one year of recent experience managing multi-function or multiple single-function Base Operating Support contracts of similar scope on a fixed-price basis. Additionally, at least one team member must have one year of fixed-price experience in either Supply Management or Real Property Maintenance.
