The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Cummins Inc., because we believe they are the only company authorized and trained on Cummins Onan branded power generators. We believe there are no authorized third parties that can provide this service for Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) Load Test. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. If you believe that your company is capable and authorized to perform these services in accordance with the SOW, please provide your information and capability statement along with an authorization letter from Cummins Inc., Inc., by responding to angela.gerlitzki1@va.gov no later than August 3, 2026, by 10 am PST. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 and the size standard is $19 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
