The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Contracting Division (AFLCMC/HNCK) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a brand name firm-fixed-price purchase order as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Size Standard is 1,000. AFLCMC/HNCK intends to award a brand name purchase order for the requirement of one (1) each Bruker M4 Tornado Plus 26S Super Light Element Micro X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) System to authorized distributor, Scientific Sales, Inc. The Government intends to make an award by 11 August 2023. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
