This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the AFLCMC/EBUW, Aircraft Guns to conduct market research and identify sources capable of procurement of M61A1/M61A2 (20mm) gun system checking fixtures. These fixtures will provide units with the essential capability to test, troubleshoot, and validate the serviceability of aircraft gun systems and their components.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can manufacture M61A1/M61A2 (20mm) gun system checking fixtures to drawing specifications (build-to-print). The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The DAF has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
