Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Portable Ballistic Shields in accordance with the Purchase Description PD-PE-113, dated 2024-09-17 The Standing Offer will be valid for two years with the option to extend for three additional one year periods. The Proposed Procurement will occur in two phases. Phase 1 is an expression of interest by the Interested Supplier. To participate in this requirement, a SUBMISSION OF INTEREST form and Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality of Information Agreement (NDCIA) must be completed and submitted, along with a demonstration the Offeror meets the conditions to participate. Phase 2 is the solicitation with the specific details of the requirement. Canada reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate, at its sole discretion, any or all of the phases of the Proposed Procurement at any time during the Proposed Procurement period. Given that this Proposed Procurement may be cancelled by Canada, it may not result in any of the subsequent procurement processes described in this document.
