The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic intends to issue a sole source contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation, under authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, or brand name or industrial mobilization) for the supply purchase of (1) MagNA Pure Instrument IVD and all reagents, supplies, consumables, and maintenance for The Public Health Command - Atlantic, Public Health Laboratory, Fort Meade, MD.
