Scope: SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Fresno’s Department of Transportation/Fresno Area Express (hereafter referred to as FAX), seeks a professional consultant to provide environmental and program management services for the Downtown Intermodal Center. This work will include the completion of environmental analysis in accordance with NEPA & CEQA, completion of a Project Management Plan, coordination and outreach to community stakeholders, and program management of developer solicitation and negotiations. The completion of the Downtown Intermodal Center will result in the repositioning of FAX’s current Court House Park bus stops and the construction of a multi-use building adjacent to the Fresno High Speed Rail station with retail on the lower floors, space for FAX customer services offices, housing, and parking.
