The State of Arizona, in partnership with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program, is seeking qualified vendors to establish a master agreement for the procurement of mailing and shipping equipment, technology, maintenance, and related solutions through a competitive, best-value contract. The contract is designed to offer multiple awards, creating flexibility and choice for state and local agencies requiring efficient, scalable mailing and shipping capabilities.
