Amendment 0001: Provides answers to questions submitted, a revised SOW, and extends the submission deadline to 6/23/26 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. 


The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, and a small business size standard of 41 million dollars. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 06/22/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted.
