The scope of work generally consists of interior and exterior repairs to the building structure/envelope, construction of new interior partitions, removal and replacement of low-slope roofing systems, as well as the removal and replacement of select HVAC equipment at the Ida Lewis Auditorium at Training Center Cape May. Work includes, but is not limited to:
- The repair of exterior CMU wall assembly;
- The repair of exterior concrete ramp and stairs, including tile finish;
- The construction of new interior partitions; including the installation of interior doors;
- The removal of exiting EPDM roofing system, and the installation of new modified bituminous roofing system;
