Maintenance & Repair of Siemens Energy Management Systems

The County of Ontario is soliciting sealed bids under IFB B26074 for the maintenance and repair of its Siemens Energy Management Systems, specifically the Insight and Desigo front-end platforms. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for county-wide Building Automation System preventive maintenance, including a minimum of twelve scheduled eight-hour visits per year. Services will be performed across various county facilities, including the Department of Public Works, the Jail, and the Municipal Building. The contract may be renewed for up to four twelve-month periods. Bids must be submitted as hard copies in sealed envelopes to the Ontario County Purchasing Director by 3:00 pm on September 22, 2026; electronic submissions will be disqualified. Technical personnel must demonstrate competence in Siemens systems, and any workers on projects exceeding 250,000 dollars must have completed an OSHA 10 safety training course. Payment will be issued within thirty calendar days of receipt of an approved invoice, provided the vendor has submitted certified payrolls and a current W-9.
