Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source contract to GSL Solutions Inc. a small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)--, Four purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization for Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, California for maintenance and service plan for IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management System. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219, and the size standard is $22M. This notice is neither a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.
