Full Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) has a requirement to purchase annual standard level warranty plan hardware maintenance for a government owned FARO Focus X330 laser scanner, FARO Edge Arms, Laser Line Probes, and renewal of FARO Scene software. In addition, the ONI has a requirement to purchase a FARO 8-Axis for use with currently owned FARO Edge Arms. Full description of the requirement to be acquired is detailed in the attached SOW. The Government's intends to award a Firm-Fixed priced order under a name brand basis. This request for quotes has been set aside for small businesses. The NAICS is 511210. Partial quotes are not acceptable. Submit quotes through email to anthony.l.wade.civ@us.navy.mil by 06 September 2021. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of invoices of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at www.sam.gov. Complete all representations and certifications electronically at the following website: https://sam.gov/. If not completed on-line, Offerors must include with their written quote a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 51.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Dec 2014), which can be obtained at http://farsite.hll.af.mil, or online at https://sam.gov.
