Full Description

Contractor shall provide maintenance and software upgrade services for all items listed in Section B. Services shall include on-site corrective repairs during normal working hour coverage from (8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays), 24-hour emergency service, installation of engineering upgrades and (1) annual preventive maintenance services as recommended by the ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM), NEURO KINETICS INC, to clean, test and maintain Department of Defense owned equipment and/or system per OEM operating standards. Maintenance and software upgrades services shall include all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies, (i.e.: contractor shall be responsible for total maintenance of entire system). All maintenance provisions and/or services shall apply to hardware, firmware, and software, as appropriate, unless otherwise stated. All replacement and repair parts shall be manufactured by the OEM. Substituted replacement and repair parts ARE NOT acceptable.
