The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a purchase order to a small business contractor that can provide on-going maintenance and conduct semi-annual inspections of the CMS fleet of Mobility Scooters and provide any required maintenance. This procurement is being set aside specifically for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450. The estimated period of performance is 8/13/2018 to 8/17/2019 for the Base Year and four additional Option Years. Your response shall be no more than five pages and include all parts, labor, telephone support and travel. Attached is the detail Statement of Work. Your quote will be due by 8/06/2018 @ 2pm.
