Maintenance of BAR 97 Smog Emissions test equipment owned by the U.S. Posstal Service for motor vehicles operated in the State of California. Only those companies that are approved by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair may make repairs to or furnish parts for repairing test eqipment are authorized to maintain the test equipment. In this case the equipment was manufactured by Snap On Tools/Equiserve and consists of Dynamometer EESE 122A (Above Ground Portable) EESE 123A (Above Ground) and EESE 124A (In Ground) Dynamometers; Engine Analyzer EAK0085C00af; Emission Analyzer - Host Tester TAS Model EEEA111A. Prospective contractor must document that they have been approved to provide parts and perform repairs on the equipment indicated herein. There are 33 USPS VEhicle Maintenance Facility locations that have this type of equipment to be serviced.
