Maintenance of equipment

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of DIR intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition a preventive maintenance contract for a TSQ Vantage Mass Spectrometer with Thermo Electron North America LLC, 1400 North point Pkwy suite 50 West Palm Beach,FL 33407. Correction to the item descprition which should be: Model Name: TSQ VANATAGE; Model Number: TSQ-46000; Serial Number: TQU02317 There are no additional components. All responsible sources who are certified by Thermo Electron North America as authorized third party repair vendors may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance repairing this type of equipment. The vendors shall provide certification from original equipment manufactor that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to OEM parts and supplies. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition. All responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (EDST) March 31, 2014.
