The service agreement shall include coverage for the following items: ELITEXA-SID.000-FS, XE/XRAY-TUBE.010-FS, CXDI-FPD.010-FS, CXDI-ADDITIONAL-FPD.010-FS, XR-PROTECTION-PLUS.010-FS, XR-ADDTL-PROT/PLUS.010-FS. The Service Agreement is to provide capability to be renewed on an annual basis, in addition to the base year, to include up to four (4) additional one-year terms. Service location and customer is 78 MDG Radiology, Robins, AFB, Georgia. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
