Maintenance Services - Landing Gear

The Canadian Coast Guard’s Aircraft Services Directorate is soliciting maintenance services for Challenger 604 landing gear systems through an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) mechanism, with work performed via individual task authorizations under a firm fixed price structure. The requirement covers inspection, overhaul, repair, modification, testing, recertification, and rental services for specific landing gear components including four landing gear actuators, two nose gear actuators, two nose gear assemblies, and two each of left and right main landing gear assemblies, with alternate part numbers accepted. All work must be conducted by the original equipment manufacturer or an OEM-authorized repair facility, and bidders must provide evidence of equivalency in experience or brokering capabilities. The contract period extends through March 31, 2028, with all services and parts delivered on a Delivery Duty Paid basis under Incoterms 2000 to the designated location in Ottawa, Ontario. During maintenance, a complete loaner set of landing gear assemblies must be provided, and all returned components must be accompanied by authorized airworthiness documentation such as FAA 8130-3, EASA Form One, or Transport Canada equivalents, along with certificates of conformance and packing slips. Bidders are subject to mandatory technical criteria that must all be satisfied for a proposal to be considered responsive: proof of OEM or OEM-authorized status, compliance with Transport Canada’s Canadian Aviation Regulations Subpart 571 and Standard 571, and the ability to supply rental replacement parts during servicing.
