This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are NOT being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is: W56KGU-17-T-0001. This solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-91. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to Spirent Federal Systems, 1402 W., State Rd., Pleasant Grove, UT 84062, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. The resultant purchase order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. The solicitation will start on Friday November 4, 2016 and will end on November 18, 2016 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. FedBizOpps.Gov).
