This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are not being requested for the solicitation number NIAID NOI12064 issued as a notice of intent. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is not a small business set-aside. Contractor requirements for essential care - See statement of work. GE Healthcare is the only known vendor or manufacturer that is authorized and able to provide certified expertise and technicians. Parts and accessories must be original so not to affect the manufacturer warranty. The period of performance will be for one year from the date of the award. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
