The manifold assembly for oxygen delivery is a specialized medical device designed to distribute therapeutic oxygen from a single inlet to up to five outlets, featuring one DISS male inlet and five DISS male outlets, each equipped with a check valve and dust cover to ensure safe and controlled oxygen flow. The assembly includes a nylon carrying case for transport and a DISS female-to-female oxygen coupler for compatibility with standard medical gas systems. All units must comply with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, replacing MIL-STD-129, and must be packaged in sealed, protective containers suitable for commercial shipping standards, ensuring integrity during transit by common carriers at the lowest possible rate. Technical and quality specifications referenced under RA001 and packaging rules under RP001 are governed by the DLA Master List, with applicable revisions determined by the solicitation or award date. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies, and RD003 indicates potential controlled technical data applies. The procurement is managed by the Department of Defense through the Medical Supply Chain, with delivery targeted to San Antonio, Texas, and primary contact information provided for inquiries.
