Manufacture of Critical Safety Item (CSI) Grooved Clamp Couplings

This subcontract involves the manufacture of 142 high-precision grooved clamp couplings, identified as NSN 5340017250509, for prime contractors supporting Navy and DLA projects. The components are classified as Critical Safety Items and must be fabricated from 303 CRES stainless steel in accordance with ASTM A582, AMS 5638, or AMS 5640, ensuring qualification to MIL-C-22263 and AS1650 standards. To be eligible, the manufacturer must hold SAE AS9100 certification and obtain Engineering Source Approval from the Government Design Control Activity.
