In accordinate with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c), below is the required information required to be included with a presolicitation notice:
- This synopsis is to announce the intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price delivery order against Bell Textron’s (CAGE 97499) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPRPA1-21-G-001W. The requirement is for the procurement of 3 newly manufactured Main Input Quill Assembly (NSN: 1615-01-601-1436HL; Part Number: 205-040-263-115) for the TH-1H helicopter program. The Main Input Quill Assembly is a non-commercial, critical safety item. The projected delivery schedule is from September 2026 to May 2033.
- This will be awarded as a sole source contract to Bell Textron, Inc. (CAGE 97499)
