Description:
The National Research Council Canada (NRC), requires to install a soundproofed and ventilated cabin to accommodate its analytical instrument. The scope of work includes the production of technical drawings, manufacturing of the cabin, delivery of all materials (including all necessary hardware), installation of the cabin and project management of the installation.
All deliverables must be received on or before 16 weeks after contract award and installed on or before 3 weeks after delivery.

Lowest evaluated price
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
