NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Manufacturing and Installation of a Soundproofed and Ventilated Cabin Solicitation Number: 24-58071 Version A Publication Date: July 02, 2024 Closing Date and Time: July 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm EDT Trade Agreements: None Region of Opportunity: Canada (or certain provinces/territories) Region of Delivery: Canada (or certain provinces/territories) GSIN: 72130000, 72151502 Notice Type: Request for Proposal (RFP) Tendering Procedure: Open Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC), requires to install a soundproofed and ventilated cabin to accommodate its analytical instrument. The scope of work includes the production of technical drawings, manufacturing of the cabin, delivery of all materials (including all necessary hardware), installation of the cabin and project management of the installation. All deliverables must be received on or before 16 weeks after contract award and installed on or before 3 weeks after delivery. Basis of selection: Lowest evaluated price A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Procuring Office: National Research Council Canada 501 Avenue de l’Université Est, Saguenay, Québec, Canada, G7H 8C3 The NRC has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in NRC contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
