Manufacturing of Air Breathing Hoses (CSI)

This subcontract involves the manufacturing of 240 high-pressure air breathing hoses for prime contractors supporting the DLA Weapons Support Fluid Handling Division. The fabrication process must strictly adhere to MIL-DTL-81581B, MIL-DTL-81581/2B, and source-controlled drawing U1604 MBEU147722-1. Because these components are designated as Critical Safety Items, the contractor is required to perform mandatory testing to validate all CSI characteristics. To qualify for this project, the provider must maintain SAE AS9100 certification and ensure full compliance with CMMC Level 2 and ITAR/EAR regulations. The work will be performed in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, under NAICS code 339999 for the Department of Defense.
