Manufacturing of VBV Feedback Cables (Critical Safety Item)

This subcontract involves the manufacturing of nine VBV feedback cable assemblies, part number 580-268-012, for Department of Defense aircraft component projects under the ASC Supplier Oper AE and AF Div. The production must adhere to TDP Rev A Gen 1 and quality assurance plans QAP 13873 and QAP 77445, with marking requirements following MIL-STD-129. Performance is centered at Tinker AFB. Due to the classification of these components as Critical Safety Items, the contractor must possess AS9100 certification and CMMC Level 2 compliance. Additionally, the provider must demonstrate the capability to manage all necessary Critical Safety Item documentation to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance.
