The purpose of this contract is to provide the services of an Environmental Consulting Firm to the U.S. Maritime Administration’s Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF), located at 2595 Lake Herman Rd., Benicia, CA 94510, for the following services: SBRF Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Support and Document Revisions; provide SWPPP Compliance Training; submit the SWPPP Annual Report; and submit Ad-Hoc Monitoring Reports, Exceedance Reports, and Sampling Reports.
