Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform (MCCUU)

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) seeks your expression of interest regarding DSCP's desire to establish a supply contract for Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniforms (MCCUU). This prospective initiative will encompass the procurement of blouses (woodland and desert), trousers (woodland and desert), maternity blouses (woodland and desert), and maternity trousers (woodland and desert). Finished garments will require permanent press processing. Items other than maternities will also require permethrin treatment. Current long-term contracts are typically for a one-year base period and four one-year options for a total potential contract length of five (5) years. A preliminary estimation of agency needs indicates an annual estimated demand for 495,458 blouses and 522,002 trousers. These figures include woodland, desert and maternities. There is no guarantee that a solicitation is forthcoming and the quantities given are estimates only and are subject to change. It is expected that more than one award will be made. Please review your production capacity and email the point of contact below with the quantity of blouses and/or trousers you are capable of producing per month. Please note that any resultant solicitation will include domestic preference requirements as identified in the Berry Amendment.
