Full Description

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Oceans Program, has identified a requirement to establish up to a maximum of five (5) Standing Offers (SO) per category, for the provision of services involving expertise and technical support for Oceans related management, conservation and planning in the Pacific region. As part of this Standing Offer, the Pacific Region’s Oceans Program have identified the following possible required service Categories: a) Service Category A1: Marine Biodiversity and Ecology b) Service Category A2: Socioeconomics of Marine Ecosystems c) Service Category A3: Oceans Program Planning and Conservation Tools The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish Regional Individual Standing Offers for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified User across British Columbia, excluding locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCA areas within British Columbia will be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers. Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: N/A Security Requirement: There is no security associated with this requirement. Period of Contract: The period of Standing Offer Agreement shall be from date of award to June 30, 2028.
